The system is structured as a pyramid. At the very top is the admin, who can create shareholders. Shareholders, in turn, can create agents at all levels and players. There are three levels of agents: Senior, Master Agent, and simply Agent. Each agent can create users below their level. For example, a Senior Agent can create agents of two levels and players, while a regular Agent can only create players. Players themselves can only log in to the gaming site and play, which is their primary role.
The table clearly shows who can create whom. The table should be read from the top left.
Sub-account management
Sub-accounts are used to delegate specific actions, such as user creation, managing account replenishments, etc.
Permissions for sub-accounts can be configured according to their roles.
Punishments
Users can apply punishments to their downline: suspending (pausing), locking, or closing accounts. Punishing an agent results in the punishment of their downline as well. A higher-level user (from the upline) has the ability to lift the punishment.
Users with incomplete registration
To complete the registration, the user must follow a special link. If this does not happen, the user will appear in the corresponding list. A new link can be generated for the user to finish registration, and punishments can also be applied, such as closing the account if the user is no longer needed.
Current open bets
This section displays current long-term bets (sports). Bets can be canceled if necessary. There is a search feature available both by user and Bet ID.
Financial reports for downline
There are two types of reports: Simple and Detailed. The first is more straightforward, while the second includes more details. The primary purpose of the report is to track how much each user has earned.
Management of deposits and withdrawals
There are both automatic and manual deposit and withdrawal processes. In the automatic process, you need to approve or reject transactions made by players on the main site. In the manual process, you adjust the balance yourself, handling the rest of the operations outside the system.
Announcements on the gaming and agent websites
Both websites have a notifications section. These notifications mainly include changes in sports events, such as bet cancellations, odds adjustments, and other updates.
Gaming site theme editor
The website owner can modify the color palette of the site — Primary and Secondary (the system automatically selects light and dark shades). They can also choose the layout for key pages, such as the homepage, Slot Game, Casino, and Fishing.
